Vice President Campbell previously served as CHSC’s Treasurer (2020-2022). Campbell is a founding member of the committee and was the first stakeholder from the Barge and Towing industry to be elected to leadership. Chicago’s port system is one of the nation’s largest and complex with Campbell having over 25 years’ experience in the marine construction and logistics industry. He is Manager of Operations and Compliance for Middle River Marine.
